Yves Schmider

Yves is a member of Oxera’s Regulation & Market Design team. He uses economics and analytical tools to provide solutions to a range of client issues.

Before joining Oxera, Yves graduated with a BSc and MSc from the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität in Freiburg im Breisgau. During his Master’s degree, he focused on climate change economics and microeconomics. He was awarded the Karl Brandt-Preis for Economic Theory for his Master’s thesis on the impact of uncertainty on optimal carbon pricing.
