Rithica Mothi Sayeeram, CFA : Consultant

Rithica is a member of Oxera’s Finance & Valuation team, specialising in regulatory finance, damages valuation, and market investigations. She has experience across a range of industries, including energy, water, airports, financial services, and telecoms. Rithica has advised companies in various contexts, including both buy-side and sell-side due diligence.

​She also delivers sessions on regulatory finance as part of Oxera’s Utility Finance and Regulation courses. Prior to joining Oxera, Rithica completed a degree in Economics and Management at the University of Oxford, with a focus on behavioural and quantitative economics.
