Patrick is a member of Oxera’s Regulation and Market Design, Water and Transport teams. He specialises in the water and transport sectors with a particular focus on aviation, and has advised clients including the UK government, regulators and airports.

Patrick uses his analytical and quantitative skills to support clients in a variety of contexts. This has included producing impact assessments and cost–benefit analyses relating to the UK energy industry and the public sector, as well as European aviation markets. Patrick has also been involved in assessing firms’ performances to support investor due diligence exercises.
