We’re delighted to invite you to join us in celebrating 40 years of Oxera at a two-part event held at the exclusive L’Automobile Club de France, Place de la Concorde, Paris.
You’ll hear from distinguished speakers discussing the growing tension between the benefits of greater competition (enabled by access to essential data and interoperability between actors) and the increasing requirements around personal data protection.
Speakers include:
- Nicolas Deffieux, Director of PEReN (Digital platform expertise for the public).
- Dr Yves-Alexandre de Montjoye, Assistant Professor at Imperial College London and co-author of the report ‘Competition policy for the digital era’ for the European Commission
- Fabrice Tocco, Co-founder and Co-CEO of Dawex, a leading data-exchange platform
- Yelena Trifounovitch, Partner at Bredin Prat
The panel will be chaired by Dr Hélène Bourguignon, Partner and Head of Oxera’s French office.
The evening of celebration will continue with Sir Philip Lowe, Oxera Partner, sharing his unique perspective on the role that economic and financial analysis can play in addressing the challenges we face today.
