Dr Charlotte Lucke : Analyst

Charlotte is a member of Oxera’s Regulation and Market Design team. She works primarily on economic regulation in a range of sectors including energy, telecoms and financial services, and on competition cases such as abuses of dominance and cartels.

Prior to joining Oxera, Charlotte completed her PhD in Economics with a focus on applied Labour Economics, investigating a recent labour market reform in Belgium, labour market and health inequality developments in Sweden and evaluating estimation methods of the child penalty. During her PhD studies, Charlotte gained extensive experience in working with large data sets and applying econometric methods to a broad set of questions.
