Anna den Boer : Senior Consultant

Anna is a member of Oxera’s Competition and Transport teams. She has advised clients in Europe, Canada, Asia and South America on a wide range of competition issues such as mergers, abuse of dominance, and antitrust damages, in the context of investigations by competition authorities and in private litigation. She has experience in the aviation sector, as well as many other sectors such as telecoms and retail. 

Anna has regularly presented to lawyers and corporate clients on a wide variety of topics. Before joining Oxera in 2015, she completed an internship in the Chief Economist’s Team of the Directorate General for Competition at the European Commission in Brussels, where she worked on a Phase II merger. She also worked as an intern at SEO Economic Research in the Netherlands. Anna has an MSc in Economics from the University of Amsterdam, focusing on industrial organisation and competition policy
