Zoë Renouil : Analyst

Zoe is a member of Oxera’s Finance and Valuation team.

She specialises in financial economics and corporate finance, with a focus on state aid cases, utility regulation, and litigation. During her career at Oxera, she has been involved in profitability assessments, market investigations, cost of capital estimations, business plan analyses, and damage quantifications, working across a broad range of sectors including energy, transport, and telecommunications.

Prior to joining Oxera, Zoe completed a Master’s degree at EDHEC Business School, specialising in corporate finance. She has also previously worked in a transaction advisory role, where she was involved in a number of buy-side and sell-side due diligences.

  • Advised Ryanair in relation to its appeal before the General Court in Luxembourg concerning Danish and Swedish recapitalisation aid (2025)

  • Conducted multiple profitability analyses in the transport, telecom, and veterinary sectors, including work carried out as part of CMA’s market investigations (2024–25)

  • Provided economics support to Co-operative Group Limited in relation to the CMA’s investigation in the UK funerals market (2024)
