Wiktor Woszczek : Consultant

Wiktor is a member of Oxera’s Regulation & Market Design team. He specialises in public policy and impact assessment with a focus on financial services and transport. He previously worked at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as an economist, conducting cost–benefit analyses of wholesale market policies, and advising FCA senior management on financial stability.

Prior to his work at the FCA, Wiktor worked at Cornerstone Research, where he conducted economic and financial analysis for a range of clients in litigation, international arbitration, and competition cases.
