Vikki is a Principal and Head of Legal and Company Secretary at Oxera, where she advises the firm on a broad range of legal, governance and compliance matters. She works closely with the Board and senior management to support Oxera’s strategic objectives and ensure strong corporate governance across the business.

Vikki has extensive experience advising on commercial contracts, regulatory and risk issues, and corporate governance matters within professional services environments as well as wider heavily regulated industries.

In her role as Company Secretary, she is responsible for board and committee governance, statutory and regulatory compliance, and maintaining effective decision‑making frameworks that support the firm’s operations.

Drawing on her background, Vikki provides pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice that enables Oxera to operate effectively while managing legal and regulatory risk. She is also actively involved in shaping internal policies and processes, contributing to Oxera’s commitment to integrity, accountability and best practice governance.
