Tiziano is a member of Oxera’s Analytics team, where he applies quantitative methods to support clients on strategy, regulation, and competition matters. He joined Oxera in 2025 after completing a PhD in Economics at the Université catholique de Louvain, where he used empirical methods and economic models with firm-level and individual-level panel data to evaluate policies aimed at reducing taxes on wages. He has taught tutorials for undergraduate students in macroeconomics, microeconomics, and public economics, and worked as an intern at the European Commission’s DG Competition, supporting data analysis for an antitrust case.
