Raphael Gastal : Analyst

Raphael is a member of Oxera’s Competition team. Prior to joining Oxera in 2022, he was an trainee at the Directorate-General for Competition at the European Commission. Raphael was attached to Unit D6, which is responsible for merger control in the financial services, pharmaceutical and chemical sectors.  Raphael holds a double Master’s degree in Economics and Competition Law from the Toulouse School of Economics, in which he focused on competition economics, competition law, industrial organisation, econometrics and regulation.
