Paula is a Principal and Head of Oxera’s HR team. She is a highly experienced HR generalist with a deep understanding of Oxera’s values and culture, and a genuine passion for making a difference. She is an expert in coaching, team cohesion, recruitment and resourcing using a range of tools and techniques to ensure effective outcomes for all.

Paula leads on talent acquisition, strategic resourcing, learning and development, and organisational design/business shape. She has led a variety of high-impact projects across the years, including introducing an important role in the Oxera career path, and unlocking our resourcing model. She is a key member of Oxera’s business support leadership team.
