Max Kuipers : Analyst

Max is a member of Oxera’s Competition and Analytics teams. He has worked on a broad range of competition-related projects—including vertical and horizontal agreements, damages quantifications and merger reviews—in the Netherlands, Germany and other jurisdictions. Max has assisted in the preparation of expert testimonies in antitrust investigations and follow-on damages claims.

Prior to joining Oxera in 2019, he completed a Master’s degree in Economics at the University of Amsterdam, where his studies focused on econometrics, industrial organisation theory and regulation and competition policy. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business (specialising in economics and finance) from the University of Amsterdam.
