Marina Seglar Eres : Analyst

Marina is a member of Oxera’s Competition team. Her professional work focuses on applying economic theory and econometric analysis to matters relating to competition economics. She prepares both economic and expert reports, while also providing client support in the context of investigations and legal proceedings arising from infringements of competition law.

Before joining Oxera, she worked as an analyst for KPMG’s competition team, where she acted as an independent expert in antitrust damages claims. Her role involved assessing the existence of anticompetitive effects and quantifying damages through data analysis and econometric methods, primarily using Stata. Additionally, she has experience in cases relating to the abuse of dominance.
