Konstantin is a member of Oxera’s Regulation and Market Design team. He applies economic principles and data analysis to regulatory and market design questions across a range of sectors, including renewable energy, financial services, and competition policy.
Before joining Oxera, Konstantin completed an internship with the firm, contributing to projects in the energy, digital and financial services sectors. He holds an MPhil in Economics from the University of Oxford, where he specialised in industrial organisation and financial economics, and a Bachelor’s degree in Politics, Psychology, Law and Economics (PPLE) with a major in Economics from the University of Amsterdam.
