Karl El Khoury : Consultant

Karl is a member of Oxera’s Finance and Valuation team. He has experience in applying his finance and economics skills to a number of state aid and commercial dispute cases.

Prior to joining Oxera in 2019, Karl completed his Masters degree at HEC Paris, specialising in financial economics and corporate finance. He also holds a BA degree in Economics from the American University of Beirut, and a Graduate Diploma in Law from City University, UK. Karl also has experience in audit, having previously worked at PwC and in private equity. He completed an internship at Colony Capital.

  • Advised a state government on the feasibility and cost of reaching carbon-neutrality by 2030 (2019)

  • Reviewed the different bail-out packages and terms offered by the UK government to major UK banks in the midst of the 2008 financial crisis for a commercial dispute project (2019)
