Johanna Posch : Senior Consultant

Johanna is a member of Oxera’s Competition team. She specialises in the application of economic principles, data analysis and statistical methods to competition matters and complex litigations. Johanna has advised clients in merger reviews across a range of industries and jurisdictions and has provided support in the assessment of damages resulting from breaches of competition law. She also has considerable experience working on various types of litigations and investigations involving digital platforms and technology companies, as well as labour and employment issues.

Prior to joining Oxera, Johanna worked as a consultant at another leading international economics consulting firm. She holds a PhD in Economics from the European University Institute, and her research has been published in several well-regarded academic journals.
