Jamie Inglis : Consultant

Jamie is a member of Oxera’s Regulation and Market Design team. He specialises in public policy, impact assessments, and economic regulation, with his sectoral work spanning financial services and transport. Since joining Oxera, Jamie has gained experience across Oxera’s practices, including regulatory and policy design, impact assessment, market studies, competition litigation, and state aid.

Prior to joining Oxera in September 2024, he was a Civil Service economist and member of the Government Economic Service, where he was on the Fast Stream graduate programme. He worked across multiple central government departments conducting cost–benefit analyses for regulatory impact assessments, and provided economic analysis to support ministerial decision making. Jamie holds a Master’s degree in Economics from University College London.
