Emily Mills : Consultant

Emily is a member of Oxera’s Regulation and Market Design team. She has worked across a range of regulatory issues, helping clients to develop the supporting evidence required to justify their submissions to regulatory authorities. Emily has provided analytical support to clients across multiple jurisdictions in the energy, water, transport, postal and financial services sectors.

Emily joined Oxera as an Analyst in 2020 after completing a Master’s degree in Economics at the University of Cambridge. She has previously worked at the UK Government Economic Service, and in regulatory consulting at a UK accountancy and advisory firm.
