Emilie Bechtold : Analyst

Emilie is a member of Oxera’s Analytics, Energy and Climate Economics teams, where she specialises in applied econometrics and data science. Her expertise lies in applying quantitative techniques to provide valuable insights across the energy, digital, and transport sectors.

Before joining Oxera in 2022, Emilie interned at the German KfW Development Bank, and served as a research assistant in the Department for Climate Change and Development at the RWI Leibniz Institute for Economic Research. She holds a Dual Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Tübingen and the University of Nottingham, where she focused on microeconomics and applied econometrics.
