Debby is a Consultant in Oxera’s Competition and Telecoms, Media & Technology teams. Working across the telecoms, media and digital sectors, she specialises in competition issues including mergers, abuse of dominance cases and market reviews. She has drafted expert testimony in antitrust investigations and collective action claims.

Prior to joining Oxera, she was a strategy analyst for Telefónica (UK), gaining a comprehensive understanding of the mobile and fixed telecoms markets.
