David Rossetti Consultant

David is a member of Oxera’s Finance and Valuation team. He has provided financial and economic analysis in the context of state aid and regulatory finance across sectors including energy and transport.

Prior to joining Oxera, David graduated from the Amsterdam Business School with a Master’s in Corporate Finance and completed internships at a Big Four advisory firm and a European wealth management bank.

David speaks English, French, German, and Luxembourgish.
