Blanche Feauveaux Partner

Blanche has approximately 20 years’ experience as a professional valuation specialist, in both amicable and litigation contexts, including five years at KPMG Corporate Finance and 13 years at Sorgem.

She is a judicial expert (with finance, valuation, unfair competition, and infringement specialities) before the Court of Appeal of Orleans and the Administrative Courts of Appeal of Paris and Versailles. Blanche is also a lecturer in finance at various French universities, and a valuation and corporate finance instructor for financial directors through the French Association of Financial Directors and Controllers (DFCG).

She has published several articles and is a frequent lecturer in the field of financial valuation, notably on the valuation of intangible assets.

  • Valuation of various assets and/or companies for transfer pricing purposes in the retail industry, in both pre- and post-litigation contexts (2021–25)

  • Valuation of Suez intangible assets for Veolia in the Veolia–Suez merger (2021–22)

  • Economic assessment of follow-on damages in the trucks cartel (2020–25)

  • Analysis of the various functions of brands and their related added value for their owner/user(s) in several industries, notably in the education, automotive, leisure, and fashion industries (2015–25)

  • Economic assessment of damages in several infringement cases between pharmaceutical companies (princeps vs generic drugs) (2019–24)

  • Valuation of several wine and champagne estates in France in an M&A context (2018–24)

  • Certified expert approved by the French Antitrust Authority to act as independent expert to determine and review the remuneration fixed between parties (TF1, M6 and FranceTV) in the launch and operation of the online streaming platform Salto (2019–22)

  • Expert witness in an arbitration case in the aeronautic industry, in relation to a breach of a contract (2021)

  • Expert witness in an arbitration case in the pharmaceutical industry (animal health) in relation to unfair termination of negotiations (2019)
