Antonia Galano : Analyst

Antonia is a member of Oxera Competition team. She holds an MSc in Competition, Regulation and Markets from the Barcelona School of Economics, and an MSc in Economics jointly awarded by the University of Naples Federico II and the University of Lugano (USI).

Before joining Oxera, she had completed an internship with the Chief Economist Team at DG Competition, where she supported a DMA case and a merger review in the retail sector. She also has research experience in industrial organisation and competition policy – including work on monopsony in labour markets, cartel detection, and AI adoption and markups – through assistantships at Bocconi University, and at the OECD.
