Smarter Consumer Communications



The FCA recognises that consumers are often impeded in making informed decisions by regulatory disclosure material that does not present information in a clear and accessible way. To inform the FCA’s work, Oxera produced a guide/report that identifies good disclosure practice and highlights practical examples of how behavioural insights can be used to improve disclosure. Lessons are drawn from both behavioural experiments and the experience of financial regulators across the world.
