ERRA Water Utility Regulation course
The Energy Regulators Regional Association (ERRA) has invited Dr Srini Parthasarathy to be part of its annual Water Utility Regulation training course, which will run between 13 and 17 November 2017. In addition to researchers from the Regional Centre for Energy Policy Research (REKK), other external speakers will include Paul McGowan, Chairperson of the Irish Commission for Energy Regulation, and Isabel Andrade, Deputy Head of the Legal Department, Portuguese Water and Waste Services Regulation Authority (ERSAR). Srini will be responsible for the design and delivery of modules on regulatory benchmarking alongside members of REKK.
