Pascale Déchamps, Partner, was among the speakers at a law and economics workshop on the European Commission’s Article 102 Guidance Paper.

The event was organised by Concurrences Review in partnership with Shearman & Sterling and Oxera.

The panel of speakers—which also included Nicolas Petit (Professor, University of Liège), Trevor Soames (Partner, Shearman & Sterling) and Miguel de la Mano (Executive Vice President, Compass Lexecon)—shared their views on the relevance of the Commission’s Paper.
