Few industries are as reliant on cross-border regulation as aviation, and with Brexit throwing into doubt the UK’s place in a complex web of legal frameworks including the European Common Aviation Area and Open Skies agreements with the US there are a number of important questions facing the industry. This lecture will explore the potential scenarios post-Brexit and their implications for airlines and airports.
This lecture will be delivered by Professor Brian Havel, and will be followed by a panel discussion with Andrew Haines. The event will take place at the Institute of Directors in London, and will begin with refreshments and networking at 6.30 pm.
