Oxera announces today the appointment of Simon Wilde as a Partner in London.
- Simon specialises in energy, finance and regulation and will join Oxera in January 2024.
- Simon was previously Senior Director of Markets and Gas Crisis at Ofgem, and has since been on sabbatical.
Leading economics and finance consultancy, Oxera, announces that Simon Wilde has joined its senior leadership team.
Prior to joining Oxera, Simon held senior positions at Ofgem, most recently as Senior Director of Markets and Gas Crisis. Before joining Ofgem, Simon spent 26 years in investment banking, predominantly focused on the utilities, renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.
Simon brings with him specialist experience in energy, finance and regulation, due diligence and policy appraisal—building on his career in M&A advisory, and in policy design.
