Last week, Oxera Partner, Dr Min Shi, CFA, testified in the eight-week trial at the London High Court in the matter of PCP Capital Partners LLP and others v. Barclays Bank Plc. Dr Shi was cross examined over the course of two days in relation to the damages suffered by PCP in connection with the role it played in the Barclays’ 2008 capital raising from investors in the Middle East.
