Francesca specialises in competition economics with a particular focus on merger control. Prior to joining Oxera, Francesca was a Director of Economics at the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) where she led the economic analysis on high-profile merger cases including Global Business Travel Group, Inc / CWT Holdings LLC, Adobe / Figma and Broadcom Inc. / VMware, Inc.
