We’re delighted to welcome Dr Eva Deuchert to Oxera as a Senior Adviser. An expert in regulatory economics, econometrics, and efficiency benchmarking, Eva joins Oxera from a large German distribution system operator, where she worked as a Regulation Manager. Previously, she was Assistant Professor at the University of St. Gallen. Eva will join our German Energy and Analytics practices, where she will bring a wealth of experience thanks to her quantitative background.
