The Energy Regulators Regional Association (ERRA) has invited Oxera Principal Dr Srini Parthasarathy to be part of its first educational workshop on ‘Energy Capital Investment Programs: Tools for Review and Assessment’. The workshop will run between 5 and 6 March 2018 in Budapest; more information can be found here.
 
Srini will provide an overview of European regulatory approaches to CAPEX assessment and approval. Other invited speakers include Ignas Kazakevičius, Chief specialist of Gas division, National Commission for Energy Control and Prices (NCC), Lithuania; Dr Christine Müller, Economic Advisor Energy Regulation, Bundesnetzagentur, Germany; and Dr Märt Ots, General Director, Estonian Competition Authority.
 
Srini is also part of ERRA’s annual Water Utility Regulation course, where he is responsible for the design and delivery of modules on regulatory benchmarking.
