Andrea is an Analyst at Oxera’s Brussels office with experience in competition economics, applied microeconomics, and digital markets.
Before joining Oxera, he worked at the European Commission’s DG Competition, where he supported merger reviews in the digital, media, and telecommunications sectors. He has also held research assistant roles at Bocconi University and the University of Milan-Bicocca, contributing to projects in public economics, environmental economics, and climate policy.
