David Chen : Data Scientist

David is a member of Oxera’s Analytics and Data Science team focussing on applying econometrics and data science to solve a range of client problems. He has worked on projects spanning antitrust, commercial disputes, and regulatory advice in the transport, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and energy sectors.

He joined Oxera in 2023 after completing his undergraduate degree in economics at the London School of Economics and Political Science specialising in industrial organisation, econometrics, and Bayesian statistics. Prior to this, he completed an internship at Oxera in 2022.
