In discussion: collective antitrust litigation cases

Take part in a Europe-wide in-person discussion on collective litigation on Tuesday 11 October 2022, 16.00 CEST/15.00 BST.

As the UK and EU collective litigation regimes continue to mature, we’re taking the opportunity to explore the main developments and ask what we can learn from recent cases.
