Yulun is a competition economist at Oxera. His work focuses on economic analysis in the context of merger inquiries, dispute resolution, and antitrust investigations. Much of Yulun’s work has focused on issues in the transport sector, although he has also provided support to clients in numerous other industries, including energy, healthcare, financial services, and telecoms.
Prior to joining Oxera, Yulun completed an MPhil in Economics at the University of Cambridge. He also worked at another international economics consulting firm, advising clients on competition and regulatory issues.
