Dr Dorian Beauchêne : Principal

Dorian has over ten years of experience advising clients on competition economics, litigation and arbitration, data analysis, and regulatory issues. He advises clients across a broad range of sectors—including digital, media and technology, retail, life sciences, and transport—on matters spanning mergers, antitrust, damages quantification, state aid, cost allocation, and policy assessment.

He has advised clients in proceedings before a wide range of forums, including the French Autorité de la concurrence, Tribunal des Activités Économiques de Paris, Tribunal Administratif de Grenoble, the Court of Appeal of Paris, the European Commission, the Competition Appeal Tribunal, the ICC International Court of Arbitration, ICSID, ARCOM, and ART.

He is a judicial expert before the Administrative Courts of Appeal of Paris and Versailles (in distribution and unfair competition).

Dorian holds a PhD in Economic Theory from the Paris School of Economics. His PhD dissertation won the Aguirre-Basualdo Prize from the Chancellerie des Universités de Paris in 2015, and his academic work has been cited in the 2024 Economic Report of the President in its chapter on ‘An Economic Framework for Understanding Artificial Intelligence’.
