Dr Philipp Schliffke is a partner at Oxera. He has more than twelve years of consulting experience in the areas of damages estimation, mergers, state aid and abuse of market power. Philipp represents his clients before competition authorities as well as in judicial and out-of-court disputes. He has extensive experience in the application of empirical analyses, is co-author of the Handbook on Distribution Antitrust Law edited by Bauer, Rahlmeyer and Schöner, and publishes on the topics of competition economics and damages estimation. Lexology ranks him as a Thought Leader for Germany and, according to Juve, he is one of the 20 most recommended economics consultants in Germany. His clients high-light his ’excellent economic expertise’, his ’brilliant understanding of the market’ and his ’extreme solution orientation’. Before joining Oxera, Philipp ran his own competition economics consulting firm for five years.
