Dr Srini Parthasarathy is invited to participate in an expert panel on the use of benchmarking in regulation at the 2nd International Conference on Cognitive Analytics Management, to be held between 28 November and 1 December 2018 in Beirut. The panel will include Tone Madsen, Head of Danish Water Regulatory Authority, Tore Langset, Head of Economic Regulation, Norwegian Energy Regulatory Authority, and Professor Ibrahim Osman of American University of Beirut. The discussion will cover expert views on aspects of regulatory benchmarking applications from academic, corporate, political and consulting perspectives.
