Tristan Byrne : Consultant

Tristan specialises in the economics of competition and public policy within digital, telecoms and media markets. He is a member of the Competition and Analytics Centres of Excellence. He has worked on a number of antitrust damages claims, impact assessments and commercial disputes for major technology companies.

Prior to joining Oxera, Tristan completed his Masters in Finance and Economics at the University of Cambridge. He completed his Bachelor’s in Economics at the University of Warwick, where he won the prize for best undergraduate policy dissertation. He presented this dissertation at the Carroll Round conference at Georgetown University in Washington DC.
