Stefan is a member of the Advisory Board of Duales System Holding GmbH & Co KG in Cologne. He also holds Advisory Board positions at other organisations, and is founder of the Erika und Erwin Schreiter Stiftung, a Bonn-based charity that aims to improve local long-term living conditions by ensuring the efficiency and transparency of charitable funding.
Stefan has held leadership roles in various sectors. He worked for several years in Finance and Controlling at Thyssen Industrie AG in Kassel and Essen, before becoming Director of Controlling at Brakes & Chassis (now Continental Teves) at ITT Automotive GmbH, where he was involved in the company’s purchase by Continental. He then worked at Carl Zeiss Oberkochen as Director of Controlling, Head of M&A, and CFO of Carl Zeiss Ophthalmic Systems (now Carl Zeiss Meditec AG), and played a key role when the company was listed in 2002. Stefan became CFO of Stabilus GmbH in Koblenz in 2002, and Managing Partner and CEO of Der Grüne Punkt, Duales System Holding GmbH, in 2006. He moved to his current position on the Advisory Board of Duales System Holding GmbH in 2015.
