Mark Choo : Consultant

Mark is a member of Oxera’s Competition and Efficiency teams. He has been involved in quantitative analysis across a range of projects, including merger analysis, efficiency benchmarking and market investigations.

Mark joined Oxera in 2017, after completing a Masters in Economics at the London School of Economics. He also has previous experience in economics consultancy and at the Institute of Fiscal Studies (IFS).
