Charlie is an experienced economist with specialist expertise in telecoms (mobile and fixed), media, digital services and post. He has extensive experience in the application of economics to these sectors, on issues including horizontal agreements, abuse of dominance, dispute resolution and market reviews. Prior to joining Oxera, Charlie worked for Ofcom as a Senior Economist, where he was involved in numerous market reviews, charge controls, and competition investigations. Prior to this, he worked for a major management consultancy in London.
