Andrea De Lucia Consultant

Andrea is a member of Oxera’s Finance & Valuation team, in which he applies his skills in corporate finance, valuation, damages estimation and regulatory finance. He has advised on a range of energy transmission and distribution regulatory projects, with a particular focus on the estimation of the regulatory cost of capital. Andrea has also advised Portuguese and Italian electricity transmission companies during their consultation process with the regulator, and a British utility company in its regulatory appeal. He has also worked on a damages quantification case concerning a cartel market in Italy.
