Craig Lonie joins Oxera from Ofcom, the UK telecommunications and media regulator, where he was Director of Competition Finance from 2006. His work with Ofcom involved directing projects, such as major price control reviews, and he led, and defended, major decisions on finance issues at the Competition Appeal Tribunal and the Competition Commission on several occasions.
