Through his recent experience at BT, Felipe brings a new perspective to the role. Having worked on a range of regulatory and competition issues—including market reviews, charge controls, competition cases and appeals—Felipe has gained an enhanced understanding of these issues from the perspective of the provider. This understanding, combined with his previous experience at Oxera, makes Felipe an ideal leader for Oxera’s Communications team.
