New Head of Marketing and Business Development

We are pleased to announce that Michael Graham has been promoted to the new role of Principal, Business Support, and Head of Marketing and Business Development.

Since joining Oxera in October 2015, Michael has made an impressive contribution to the ways in which Oxera approaches all its marketing and business development activity.

With a strong background in the professional services sector—notably with law firms, Dechert LLP and Allen & Overy LLP—Michael has developed key sector insights and strong relationships within the legal, regulatory, banking & finance, utilities and public sectors across Oxera’s network of European offices. His genuine interest in economic consulting meant that he quickly made his mark at Oxera. He introduced a new structured approach to business acquisition, the pitch process from ‘cradle to grave’ and contract and conflicts management. In 2017, he designed and implemented a targeted client listening programme, which led to significant changes to the ways the firm interacts with clients. This included designing a comprehensive new CRM system, as part of the overall enterprise resource platform introduced in 2017.
