Your time at this course will be well rewarded through the relationships you\u2019ll build, the level of understanding you\u2019ll achieve, and the combination of skills you\u2019ll develop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over two days, the course will cover a number of topics, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>market definition;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>assessing market power;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the economics of merger assessment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>abuse of dominance: exclusionary and exploitative conducts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>anticompetitive agreements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the use of econometrics and other quantitative tools in competition cases;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>quantifying damages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Is it right for me?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Previous attendees have included practitioners, in-house lawyers faced with an inquiry, and senior managers wishing to understand potential competition law risk.
