Dr Min Shi, Partner, has joined Oxera’s Governing Board, in recognition of her significant contribution in building Oxera’s Litigation and Arbitration practice and for the sharp insight she brings to Oxera’s business and vision going forward.

Since joining in 2010, Min has achieved an impressive profile as an expert in disputes involving valuation and damages quantification. Her strong relationships with a number of top law firms that she has developed over the years, and her exceptional dedication to quality results in many repeat instructions on her own account and for other Oxera experts. From the beginning of 2017 alone, she received nine expert instructions, appeared five times before court and arbitral tribunals, and submitted more than a dozen expert reports.
